TERMS OF USE ARCHITECT STUDIO

Please read this document carefully in order to understand our rules for the provision of the Services.

These Architect Studio Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use”) describes the rules for the provision of the Services.

References to the words “we”, “our” or “us” (or similar words within the meaning) mean the “Architect Studio” Company.

References to the words “you”, “you” or “your” (or similar words within the meaning) mean our User.

The Terms of Use describe the types and costs of the Services provided.

We are grateful for your use of the Architect Studio Services.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. “Architect Studio” company (hereinafter “Company” or “Architect Studio”) – means a legal entity that provides Services to the User for the development and implementation of the Project.

1.2. Company’s website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) means a web page or a group of web pages on the Internet, through which the User receives the Services and uses the services of the Company, which are posted on the Internet at the following address: https://architectstudio.net/

1.3. Cookie – means files that store information about your previous actions on the Site. For example: date and time of site visit, clicks and transitions.

1.4. Customer – means a User who receives Services from Architect Studio.

1.5. Owner of the Company “Architect Studio” – means Architectstudio, LLC, a legal entity incorporated under the laws of the United States of America, Delaware, located at 16192 Coastal Highway Lewes, DE 19958, represented by CEO Mkrtchyan Gevorg (hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”).

1.6. Personal Data – means any information that directly or indirectly allows you to identify the User. For example: name, surname, phone number, passport data.

1.7. Privacy Policy – is a written document that specifies the methods and rules for processing Personal Data.

1.8. Project – means a unique set of processes, limited in time, resources and quality requirements, aimed at creating a construction object.

1.9. Public Offer – means a document that regulates the conditions for the provision of Services by the Company to the User (individual).

1.10. Service Agreement – is a contract concluded between the User and the Architect Studio Company, according to which Architect Studio provides Services to the User.

1.11. Services – means the tools and materials developed and provided by Architect Studio for the development, implementation and execution of Project for the construction of a residential or non-residential building. You can familiarize yourself with the types of provided Services in more detail in the Terms of Use.

1.12. Third Party – means a natural or legal person, public authority, institution or body other than the data subject and/or the Company.

1.13. User – means an individual and/or legal entity that interacts with the Company to receive the Services from it.

1.14. User’s consent (hereinafter “Consent”) – means a voluntary, specific, informed and unambiguous expression of will, in which the User, by means of a statement or a clear affirmative action, consents to the processing of his Personal Data.

2. GENERAL PROVISION

2.1. As a leader in architecture and design, our Company provides a full range of Services to its Customers.

2.2. The Company provides Services as follows:

2.2.1. Starting with a thorough study of the needs of the Customers, we visualize them in the form of design samples;

2.2.2. Development of documentation. We focus on documenting all stages of the future construction of the building;

2.2.3. The preparation of the technically correct and functional design of the object is carried out by qualified specialists. It is in this case that you can avoid mistakes and shortcomings that can lead to serious problems;

2.2.4. Our team includes designers with experience in Project implementation, creative designers, architects and engineers who are constantly researching innovative technologies and techniques in their professional field;

2.2.5. During the design process, we create 3D visualization without fail, so that the Customer can see a three-dimensional image of his future interior and carefully consider all the details;

2.2.6. The approved Project is transferred to the work of a certified specialist who displays the information in detail on the drawings and prepares a package of documents.

2.3. During the provision of the Services, the Company is guided by the following principles:

2.3.1. Inspiration. Only an inspired artist can achieve brilliant results;

2.3.2. Thoughtful research. We scrutinize and collect ideas, goals, expectations and references in order to explore several ways to translate them into the most successful option. That is why we do not stop at one idea, developing several of them in order to provide the Customer with a choice;

2.3.3. Partnership. We know for sure that only cooperation with our Customers, contractors and experts can lead us to the best ideas and their flawless implementation.

3. SERVICES

3.1. The Company provides the User with the following Services:

3.1.1. Architectural Services;

3.1.2. Design Services;

3.1.3. Additional Services.

3.2. Architectural Services – is the arrangement of the architectural Design of residential buildings and industrial buildings, taking into account all data on the territory, the adjacent landscape, the functional purpose of the building.

3.3. During the development of an architectural Project, we take into account all economic, functional, technical and architectural requirements. We pay great attention to creativity, creating the most comfortable conditions for life, entertainment, good rest or work. Before starting work, we always take into account the existing legal requirements, preferences and financial capabilities of the Customer.

3.4. During the provision of Architectural Services, we provide:

3.4.1. Documentation. Documenting all construction or renovation data in accordance with applicable government regulations. We offer our Customer to issue all the necessary Project documentation, which is developed taking into account all existing building codes and standards. By applying for a custom design, you receive a comprehensive service that will allow you to achieve your personal goals. An authorized approach to solving all engineering problems and various important details is included. Architect Studio employees professionally develop a draft design of a residential house or country house, an industrial facility, an office building, retail and commercial facilities;

3.4.2. Individual approach. We grant each Customer the right to choose a draft Project, in accordance with preferences in design and architecture;

3.4.3. Attention to every detail of the Project. We take into account all the features of the territory, the adjacent landscape and buildings, together with the main purpose of the construction object;

3.4.4. Reasonable pricing policy. Regardless of the complexity of the Project, we find the most effective, but less expensive options;

3.4.5. Responsibility and professionalism. The Architect Studio team consists of specialists with many years of experience in Project implementation. Architect Studio specialists focus on functional solutions, environmental friendliness and economical use of resources;

3.4.6. Architectural supervision of objects. We provide support for the Project at all stages of implementation, which allows the Customer to save time, avoid mistakes and not exceed the approved budget for the construction of the building;

3.4.7. Compliance with modern requirements. The architecture of the buildings, according to the Project developed by us, meets modern environmental requirements, efficient energy consumption and new trends in design;

3.4.8. Strict adherence to the agreed deadlines. The terms and conditions for the delivery of the Project, the cost and other obligations are fixed in the Service Agreement or the Public Offer and are respected with full responsibility.

3.5. Design Services – are the actions of the Company aimed at creating a design for a construction object and/or changing the interior, taking into account the maximum ergonomics of space and the comfort of the Customer.

3.6. During the development of the design of the Project, the Company carries out the following actions:

3.6.1. Development of a building plan, taking into account the maximum ergonomics of the space, functional areas and the purpose of the premises;

3.6.2. Space optimization. We select the best lighting option and suitable color solutions to make the most of the space;

3.6.3. Interior and exterior style. We offer professional assistance in the selection of finishing materials, equipment, furniture, their mutual arrangement and use;

3.6.4. Selection of engineering solutions. We design a well-thought-out system for laying pipes and communication centers, wiring electrical cables, locating sockets, air conditioning;

3.6.5. 3D visualization of the Project. Work on a design Project begins with a sketch drawing. In it we offer several solutions for space planning with 3D visualization;

3.6.6. Upon completion of all calculations for the design of the Project, we provide the Customer with all the documentation necessary to select a construction company and start construction work.

3.7. Stages of providing Design Services:

3.7.1. Analysis and search for the optimal solution. This is the stage of the designer’s acquaintance with the Customer, the analysis of the building structure and the existing layout, and the discussion of the interior. The designer studies all the features of the object: the location of the load-bearing walls, the laying of communications and nodes, natural lighting, the level of insolation, etc.

3.7.2. Compositional solutions and budget clarification. Discussion of the technical specifications of the Project with the Customer to agree on all requirements and personal expectations;

3.7.3. Providing preliminary sketches of the future interior. Thorough inspection of the object with accurate measurements and photographing of the room;

3.7.4. Providing the Customer with a preliminary sketch. Discussion of the technical specifications of the Project with the Customer to agree on all requirements and personal expectations;

3.7.5. Measurements of the construction object, creation of drawings and diagrams. Architect Studio specialists start designing only after careful measurements of the construction object. When measuring, the specialist fixes and draws up a drawing of the construction object, indicating the location of communications, cables, pipes, sockets, etc.;

3.7.6. Creation of a draft design, which fixes the location of all engineering communications. The Customer receives several options for the draft design, based on previous wishes, selects the optimal one and approves the sketch;

3.7.7. Creation of a photorealistic 3D model. 3D visualization provides the Customer with the most realistic idea of the future interior. A photorealistic image allows the Customer to get acquainted with the interior and understand how it corresponds to his taste preferences. Adjustments are made at the request of the Customer;

3.7.8. Development of technical documentation. The Company’s specialists draw up plans, diagrams, bindings, sections, estimates: for work and the purchase of building materials, obtaining permits;

3.7.9. Providing the Customer with documentation: exact drawings, specifications, estimates. The Customer receives complete information on finishing and installation works, types of building materials, plumbing, electrical equipment, cabling, furniture arrangement.

3.8. Additional Services – are the actions of the Company aimed at choosing the most suitable design for the construction object for the Customer and supervision over the development of the Project and construction of the building, in accordance with this Project.

3.9. The Company provides the following Additional Services:

3.9.1. 3D Visualization Services. The Company’s employees create 3D models based on the CAD files of the construction object and the design proposal for the style solution of the facades, which allows avoiding any disagreements between the Customer and the designer. The designer, together with the Customer, selects the most important views of the construction object, which are then placed in a 3D-album in printed form, in A3 format with color schemes of facades and textures of finishing materials;

3.9.2. Author’s supervision. Designer supervision prevents deviations from the conceived Design. This will allow, if necessary, to identify and correct possible errors in work technologies and make the necessary changes to the Project. Our architect and designer will be able to correct, improve, work out individual fragments, strictly observing the author’s concept, which will help to avoid mistakes or unnecessary actions of employees.

3.9.3. Individual design:

3.9.3.1. Landscape analysis. We analyze the site for the construction of the object, taking into account the factors of urban planning, engineering surveys and technical conditions;

3.9.3.2. Development of a constructive spatial solution: planning and zoning;

3.9.3.3. Creation of 3D Visualization, portfolio of an individual Project;

3.9.3.4. Development of several options for facade solutions;

3.9.3.5. Creation of a draft Project, design and working documentation;

3.9.3.6. Preparation of all accompanying text and graphic documentation of the building construction object;

3.9.3.7. Development of the Project of external networks.

3.9.4. Providing telephone consultation. The Company’s specialists provide information on aesthetic design, budget, expected time for the provision of Services, quality control and legal requirements.

3.9.5. Development of a Project that goes beyond the general rules and trends of the construction object. The User can order the development of an individual Project by using the feedback form on the Site, indicating his contact information (name, e-mail) and describing the Project itself.

4. SERVICE COST

4.1. The price for the Services provided depends on the scope of work, construction object, design development and the number of Additional Services provided.

4.2. The cost of the Services depends on the following characteristics:

4.2.1. Technical characteristics of the object. The cost of designing a classic apartment will differ from the cost of designing a multi-level penthouse;

4.2.2. Non-standard ideas, since their implementation requires additional calculations and significant time costs;

4.2.3. The introduction of innovative technologies, environmentally friendly and energy efficient. To perform such tasks, the involvement of a highly qualified specialist is required;

4.2.4. The purpose of the building. The cost of the Project of a country cottage and an industrial facility will cost differently;

4.2.5. Object area. The cost of developing a small apartment Project will be more expensive than the cost of designing a luxury estate.

4.3. Approximate cost of the Services:

4.3.1. Sketch development. From US $ 3 per square foot, including consultation and initial Project documents;

4.3.2. Architect’s consultation by phone. From $ 112 in 15 minutes. During a telephone consultation, we will discuss aesthetic design, budget, expected time, quality control and legal requirements;

4.3.3. Professional development of the Project and unique design. From USD 7 per square foot. The Customer receives several planning options based on previous wishes;

4.3.4. Development of construction documentation. From USD 5 per square foot. The price includes detailed multi-level drawings of all construction elements from the frame to electrical and plumbing installations;

4.3.5. Project management or administration. From USD 4 per square foot;

4.3.6. 3D visualization Services. From USD 6.5 per square foot.

4.4. Prices specified in clause 4.3. may vary, depending on the scope of work, the design being developed, the complexity and/or uniqueness of the Project, the number of Additional Services.

5. PROJECTS

5.1. The Site contains samples of the Projects completed by the Company. The User can get acquainted with the samples in the “Projects” section of the Site.

5.2. The Company’s employees design and create residential buildings, retail and entertainment facilities, offices, convenient for human life and activities, therefore, all new buildings correspond to the environment.

5.3. Architect Studio provides and implements comprehensive, high-quality, guaranteed and safe architectural engineering and design solutions.

5.4. The main task of the Company is to design and create an exclusive, harmonious and functional design for premises of any type and purpose.

5.5. In our activity, we do not use templates, as we find non-standard solutions for each of our Customers.

5.6. The Company creates 3D models based on CAD files of the object and a design proposal for the style solution of facades, which allows avoiding any disagreements between the Customer and the designer, because the Customer can choose the one that he likes best, or make his own settings among several options.

6. INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS

6.1. All exclusive intellectual property rights to the Project, including design elements, sketches, technical documentation, images, illustrations and other objects, as well as components and their elements, belong exclusively to the Owner.

6.2. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Owner owns all intellectual property rights in relation to the provision of the Services.

6.3. The User grants the Company a non-exclusive right to use, copy, process and transfer his Personal Data, during the period of provision of the Services.

7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The Company has the right to:

7.1.1. process the User’s Personal Data in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy;

7.1.2. verify the identity of the User;

7.1.3. check the ownership of the User;

7.1.4. clarify the details of the Project;

7.1.5. provide Services to the User;

7.1.6. refuse to interact with the User;

7.1.7. transfer Personal Data to a Third Party, in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy;

7.1.8. use Cookies when providing Services;

7.1.9. disclose Personal Data to a Third Party, courts, law enforcement and government agencies in cases provided for by the Privacy Policy;

7.1.10. change the types of Services;

7.1.11. change the cost of the Services;

7.1.12. receive payment for the Services provided;

7.1.13. make changes to the interface and functionality of the Site;

7.1.14. unilaterally amend the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Public Offer.

7.2. The Company undertakes:

7.2.1.provide the User with advice;

7.2.2. provide the Customer with the Services;

7.2.3. not to disclose or transfer Personal Data, without an objective reason, to Third Parties;

7.2.4. process the User’s Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the laws of the United States.

7.3. The User has the right to:

7.3.1. receive Services from the Company;

7.3.2. use the feedback form;

7.3.3. get advice from the Company;

7.3.4. transfer your Personal Data.

7.4. The User undertakes:

7.4.1. provide reliable Personal Data;

7.4.2. provide reliable data about the construction object;

7.4.3. pay for the Services provided by the Company;

7.4.4. comply with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy.

8. RESPONSIBILITY

8.1. The Company is not responsible for the actions of the User that were committed by him as a result of misunderstanding or misunderstanding of the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy.

8.2. The Company informs the User that his Personal Data can be used to provide the Services, and, in case of disagreement, the User must leave the Site.

8.3. The User is responsible for the legality, truthfulness, integrity, accuracy of the Personal Data that he provides to the Company.

8.4. The Company uses Cookies to improve the quality of the Services. If you continue to use the Site, then we may assume that you agree to the use of Cookies.

8.5. To the extent permitted by law, we provide the materials and Services “as is”. This means that we do not provide any guarantees, including but not limited to guarantees of the commercial qualities and suitability of the Company for a particular purpose.

9. FEEDBACK FORM

9.1. The Company provides a feedback form to communicate with the User.

9.2. A feedback form is located on each page of the Site. To use the feedback form, the User needs to: indicate his contact information, describe the issue and click on the “Send” button.

9.3. The User, with the help of feedback, can: ask questions, get preliminary advice from a Company employee, provide a description of the order, contact the Company employees.

10. JUVENILE POLICY

10.1. The Company’s Services are intended for persons who have reached the age of eighteen.

10.2. The Company intentionally does not provide Services to persons under the age of eighteen.

10.3. If you have not reached the age of eighteen, do not use the Company’s Services.

10.4. In the event that we become aware of the receipt of the Services by such a person, we will stop providing the Services to such a person.

11. CHANGE OF TERMS OF USE

11.1. We have the right to periodically amend the Terms of Use in case of changes in the cost and types of Services.

11.2. We notify the User of such changes by posting news on the Site, sending an e-mail newsletter, or using other means.

11.3. In the event that the User has unsubscribed from emails in which we inform about all changes in the legal documentation, the User is still responsible for familiarizing with them.

11.4. Architect Studio, after making changes to the Terms of Use, has the right to request the User’s repeated Consent to the Terms of Use if the User has refused the information e-mail newsletter.

11.5. Our electronic or otherwise stored copies of the Terms of Use are deemed to be genuine, complete, valid and enforceable versions of these Terms of Use in effect at the time of your visit to the Site.
